Vouchers can be used for placing an order (food and drink) and also in our gift shop. Vouchers are available in-store only. Ask your waiter about our vouchers the next time you visit us.

• The Waffle Cafe gift vouchers can only be used in the cafe or in our gift shop.
• Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue.
• Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new voucher and are not legal tender.
• Gift vouchers are not valid during a sale or in conjunction with any special promotion.
• The Waffle Cafe is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers.
• Management retains the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.
